Can I contact you about classes I’d like?

You can cancel your class no later than 12 hours before the start of class. We do not offer refunds or class transfers. You can receive a recording of the class by emailing me, or subscribing to the on on demand library.

If I can’t make class, can I cancel my sign up?

You will receive an invite with the email you signed up for a membership about 1 hour before the start of class. If you didn’t receive an email with the ZOOM information, please email me.

For LIVE classes, will I receive an invite?  

Most classes require a mat. Every class will indicate any props you need for class - typically a light or heavy set of weights (get crafty and use cans or bottles), sliders (paper plates or towels work well), a band is always optional for some classes. You can view in the class details what will be needed prior to class.

What props do I need for classes?

I offer drop ins and class packages to LIVE classes, as well as a membership to my on demand library. Class drop ins are $10 each. Drop ins and class packages can be purchased here. The on demand library includes a variety of videos with at least 3 videos added weekly. The on demand library is $35 per month with a 7 day trial.

How much are classes and how do I book?

Classes range from 10 minute bursts to 20-60 minute classes. All class times are indicated prior to sign up or on-demand video.

How long are classes?


I offer both personal 1:1 classes for clients looking to deepen their practice or develop a deeper understanding of the yoga itself. I’ll work with you one-on-one to tailor the experience directly to you - we’ll move at your pace, work on what you’d like and answer any questions you have - all done in a distraction free intimate environment.

Do you offer private classes? 

Of course! All classes are suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling challenged, motivated and released - physically an dmentally. Whether you are new to fitness, getting back into your fitness routine, or looking for something new, reach out to me - we can figure out the right path for you! I also offer beginner options and classes for you to ease your way into classes!

I’ve never taken yoga, can I still take the class?

I also offer group bookings whether you’re looking for a class for your friends, or a celebration or for your colleagues! We’ll work together to customize a class specifically for you and your guests, including events like: Bachelorette Parties, Birthday Parties, Corporate Gatherings, Team Building & More! Send me an email and we’ll chat on the details!

These classes are a perfect combination of mind and body - like still challenging, but also so motivating! Jordan always says to smile and have fun - and that right there is like that's fitness, right? I truly look forward to these classes every week, and if I have to miss it (which is barely ever) i do the recording!
