How long are classes? 

Classes are typically 45 minutes. All class times are indicated prior to sign up or on-demand video.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes, including barre, yoga, and sculpt classes. Each class is designed to be fun, challenging, and accessible for all levels.

How much are classes and how do I book?

We offer drop-ins and class packages to LIVE classes, as well as a membership to my on-demand library. Class drop-ins are $7 each. Drop-ins and class packages can be purchased here. The on-demand library includes a variety of videos with at least 3 videos added weekly. The on-demand library is $35 per month with a 7-day trial. Find out more here.

What props do I need for classes?

Most classes require a mat. Every class will indicate any props you need for class — typically a light or heavy set of weights (get crafty and use cans or bottles), sliders (paper plates or towels work well), a band, a pilates ball, a chair and other props are always optional for some classes. You can view in the class details what will be needed prior to class.

For LIVE classes, will I receive an invite?  

You will receive an invite with the email you signed up for a membership about 1 hour before the start of class. If you didn’t receive an email with the ZOOM information, please email us.

If I can’t make class, can I cancel my sign up?

You can cancel your class no later than 12 hours before the start of class. We do not offer refunds or class transfers. You can receive a recording of the class by emailing us, or subscribing to the on on-demand library.

Can I contact you about classes I’d like?

There is no question about this. We want to hear from YOU! We welcome feedback and we want to cater our classes to our students. Whatever the request  — big or small  — send us a note!

I’ve never taken yoga, can I still take the class?

Of course! All classes are suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling challenged, motivated and released — physically and mentally. Whether you are new to fitness, getting back into your fitness routine, or looking for something new, reach out to us — we can figure out the right path for you! We also offer beginner options and classes for you to ease your way into classes!

How do I manage my membership?

You can manage your membership, including cancellations, and billing, through your Arketa account dashboard on our website.

Do you offer private classes? 

Yes, Jordan offers both personal 1:1 classes for clients looking to deepen their practice or develop a deeper understanding of the yoga itself. She’ll work with you one-on-one to tailor the experience directly to you — we’ll move at your pace, work on what you’d like and answer any questions you have — all done in a distraction free intimate environment.

We also offer group bookings whether you’re looking for a class for your friends, or a celebration or for your colleagues! We’ll work together to customize a class specifically for you and your guests, including events like: Bachelorette Parties, Birthday Parties, Corporate Gatherings, Team Building & More!
