You will strengthen, tone and challenge yourself, all while focusing on your breath to guide you when it gets just a little tougher. No weights? No problem - class will still make ya sweat!
It never seems to me like you repeat or dust off old practices. Usually at least once during class I’ll think “Oh cool, that’s new.” And I love that. And I appreciate the time you put in preparing class and finding new stuff to incorporate.
