Take the time to release, lengthen, and stretch the muscles you’ve worked over and over again. These classes hold poses for longer periods of time to allow you to release any tension or tightness you may be holding on to without even realizing. These slower, soothing classes focus on healing and releasing while stimulating breath and mindfulness.

I’ve taken several barre classes, but Jordan’s is exceptional. I am super picky when it comes to barre classes and Jordan is always so energetic, has the best music, and pays attention to her students form and alignment which I appreciate so much.

The Arrow MethID was born from my personal journey of healing and self-love after overcoming an eating disorder. Motivated by my love for movement and teaching, I’m committed to helping others transform their relationships with fitness and themselves.
