For those who know me, I’m definitely not a chef. But, blending – now that’s something I can get on board with! Here’s an easy, peasy smoothy [so easy that I can do it]
Ingredients:
- Handful of frozen strawberries – for sweetness
- Handful of frozen peaches – for sweetness
- Handful of frozen cauliflower – for thickness
- Scoop of rolled oats – to keep me fuller, longer
- Handful of spinach – get your greens
- Handful of kale – get your greens
- 1 tbsp Spirulina – amazing source of vitamins & minerals
- 1 scoop of Vital Proteins collagen
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Fill 1/2 water, 1/2 Elmhurst 1925 milked almonds (equals about 1 cup or 1 1/2 cups)
- Blend until smooth
