Morning Greens

For those who know me, I’m definitely not a chef. But, blending – now that’s something I can get on board with! Here’s an easy, peasy smoothy [so easy that I can do it]


  • Handful of frozen strawberries – for sweetness
  • Handful of frozen peaches – for sweetness
  • Handful of frozen cauliflower – for thickness
  • Scoop of rolled oats – to keep me fuller, longer
  • Handful of spinach – get your greens
  • Handful of kale – get your greens
  • 1 tbsp Spirulina – amazing source of vitamins & minerals
  • 1 scoop of Vital Proteins collagen


  • Add all ingredients to blender
  • Fill 1/2 water, 1/2 Elmhurst 1925 milked almonds (equals about 1 cup or 1 1/2 cups)
  • Blend until smooth

This recipe is super easy, super delicious and full of nutrient dense ingredients!
